Home-Based Small Groups

These groups are for people to connect with God and with each other.  Picture 8-12 people meeting in a family's living room: exploring the Bible and faith, sharing life and having fun, caring and praying for each other.  Most of our groups decide among themselves what they will discuss (a book of the Bible, a faith-related book, DVD-based teaching, etc) and when and where they will meet.

Right now, there are about 300 people in one of 30 groups through our church.  Some groups meet weekly; most meet twice a month.  Some meet mornings or afternoons; most meet in the evening.  Some are cross-generational; most are formed around a common life stage (college, young families, singles, seniors, etc).

Interested in learning more about our groups?  Most of the time our existing groups take on new people and new groups are formed in September and January.  Also, most of our groups take some sort of break in the summer.  For details about our groups, contact Pastor of Adult Ministries Lorin Staats through our Church Office, or by email at lorin@ehope.org.
