JAMES: MERCY TRIUMPHS by Beth Moore

Join us as we start off the new year with Beth Moore's brand new DVD study on the book of James. James forces us to face the implications of faith. Be inspired to put your faith into action in practical ways as you get to know both the man and the Book of James. Join Beth Moore as she explores such concepts as joy, hardship, faith, wisdom, single-mindedness, the tongue, humility, prayer, and more. This 16-week class will include DVD lessons and homework discussions.

The Monday evening study begins January 30 at 6:30 PM. The Tuesday morning study begins January 31 at 9:15 AM. Study ends May 14/15.

Cost is $20.

DISCIPLESHIP ESSENTIALS by Greg Ogden

Discipleship Essentials by Greg Ogden will run this spring (part 1) and then this fall (part 2) for a total of 25 weeks. It lays a foundation for any disciple who wants to grow in Christ; covering Bible essentials, memorizing scripture, having mutual accountability, and building transparent relationships with other believers.

The Monday evening study begins January 30 at 6:30 PM. The Tuesday morning study begins January 31 at 9:15 AM. Study ends May 14/15.

Cost is $15.

REVELATION PART 1: Jesus' Message to the Church (chapters 1-3)

Chapters 1-3 of Revelation contain God's messages to the seven churches of Asia. See how His messages recorded by John so long ago still speak to the church today. Join us as we dig into God's Word: observing the text; doing some cross referencing and word studies; and applying the truth of God's Word to our lives today.

There will be two time slots for the Revelation class, both meeting from January 25 through June 6. The first class will meet on Wednesday afternoons from 3:30-5:00 PM. The second class will meet on Wednesday evenings from 6:30-8:00 PM.

This class is a Precepts class by Kay Arthur. The first week of homework should be completed before the January 25th class. If you are new to the "Inductive Study Method" please plan to attend a short introductory class on January 11th. Books can be picked up at the introductory class on January 11th, or they can be picked up in the foyer between services on January 8th.

Cost is $25.
