We welcome your little ones to our weekend Nursery & Preschool! We want them to feel safe and loved.
During any of our weekend services, please come to the main check-in areas (to the left of the foyer) and we will get your child comfortably placed.
We have four rooms to accommodate your child: Infants, Walkers, Toddlers & Preschool. In our PreSchool room, we engage the kids in fun and meaningful bible activities.
Our workers adhere to safety policies and have been background checked

Some things to know:
Childcare is pre-paid on the MOPS page or Hope Wednesdays registration.
This childcare is for kids birth through preschool (or 5 years old).
You pay according to the number of hours used and the number of children.
To use the childcare, simply register in our lower level Nursery & Preschool wing during these times.
A parent or guardian must be present on campus attending a ministry of Hope Church to use this childcare.
Neither morning nor evening childcare is available on days when the Dubuque School System cancels school due to weather conditions.
Kids in grades K - 3 are invited to join Hope Kids at each weekend service. Our goal is to connect the Bible to everyday life in fun and relational ways.
Each service includes a warm welcome, Core Bible Message, video clip to reinforce the Bible story, energized worship and a craft or game. We also offer a weekly read-along Bible schedule that you can use at home.
Dig-In, The Bible in One Year
For the 2020-2021 year we will be studying from Group Publishing Dig In curriculum. Digging into the Bible in One Year takes kids on a whirlwind journey from Genesis to Revelation. Kids experience a relationship with God through the eyes of ordinary Bible people. Kids will discover that they’re a lot like people God has always loved and worked through.
If you have question about our Hope Kids programs on either of our campuses, please contact Deanna Rietgraf, Director of Elementary Ministries.
Bridge 45 is our weekend gathering for 4th and 5th graders. We offer this setting in all 3 Sunday morning worship services. Class sizes vary from 10 to 15 students.
4th and 5th-grade students check-in through our Elementary Ministries kiosk and attend the beginning of the worship service during live music. They are then dismissed for a completely unique experience in our Bridge 45 classroom. These students have a Core Bible message, a video tied to the lesson, and then either an object or digging deeper lesson. This class is designed specifically for these transitional years.
Bridge45 does not meet during the summer (Memorial Day - Labor Day weekend). 4th and 5th graders may join their parent(s) in the worship center.
If you have questions about our Hope Kids programs on either of our campuses, please contact Deanna Rietgraf, Director of Elementary Ministries.
Our curriculum titled, “Orange 252” comes from Luke 2:52 where it reads, “And Jesus grew in wisdom, in stature and in favor with God and man.”
After pizza dinner with children in their grades, they will play games, hear a Bible story, meet in graded small groups to learn application of the Bible story and have a chance to connect through prayer together. Our teachers are dedicated to mentoring your children as they help them build solid Christian friendships, and strengthen their relationship with Jesus Christ.
We work on a memory verse each month as we hide God’s Word in our hearts. We would love for your child to join us!
We've stacked our children's ministries on the same night and are even providing dinner! You as parents can use the 2 hour Wednesdays nights to do life together in Lifegroups, have a date-night or to run errands.

Knights of North Castle: Quest for the King’s Armor, invites children to be strong in the Lord and in the strength of his power by exploring how we put on the armor of God. Kids will take on the role of brave Knights and begin their quest each session by opening the King’s Book.
They’ll explore Old and New Testament stories and discover different pieces of protective armor — the Belt of Truth, the Breastplate of Justice, the Shoes of Peace, the Shield of Faith, and the Helmet of Salvation — at work in the lives of familiar Bible characters, and explore how that armor works in their own lives as they follow and serve God.
