We want to share an important update with you regarding our SHINE ministry. After faithfully leading SHINE for the past eleven years, Ruth Graper has sensed God’s leading to step away from this role. As a result, we will be pausing SHINE for now as we prayerfully consider what the future might hold and whether God might raise up someone new to lead this ministry forward.

SHINE is a ministry of Hope Church created to help meet the need for fellowship and spiritual encouragement for teens and adults with disabilities, helping them connect with God and learn of His love for them, enabling them to become an active part of God’s family.

 

SHINE provides an opportunity for spiritual growth and new friendships through short lessons, simple hands-on activities, and praising God with music, all designed to encourage a personal understanding of God’s love. All adults with physical and/or intellectual disabilities are welcome. (Support staff are also welcome.) The setting is casual, so come as you are!
